Sometimes clothes a person wears tells about the mood they are in, and what they want to show the world. When you go out people see you whether you know them or not, you give off an image, a first impression. How do you want people to see you?
For instance a person who wears sweat pants daily and not for exersize and doesn't care about how they look only about the comfort. Someone who dresses up without an occasion feels great and put extra effort into it that day. People have styles and some or more personal than others. Some people go with what their friends wear and others wear what they want. A good idea is to wear what fits your body and looks good.

clothing often reflects the kind of music one listens to, their interests, the sports they like.. it obviously shows their fashion sense and depending on how put together their outfit is, it shows how much they care about their appearance. i think you can usually tell what a person's all about by looking at the clothes they choose to wear... however, one could just as easily portray themselves as something they're not by the clothes they wear, so you mustn't judge based solely on attire.
