Dont worry ur just going through a bad patch. Have a soak in a warm bubble bath and watch a good film or read a good book. Then get an early night.. Make sure u sleep and eat properly thats the first step to feeling better. Then sit down and look at ur situation and think ok it might be **** but u have to find the tiny positive thing from it and focus on that, forget all the other stuff, try to see the positive and good in all the bad around u. simple exersise such as walking is great too.

Have lovely hot bath, got to bed with a good book. Relationship - try going to museum (most are free) do something you do not normally do! Talk about what you first fell for in them, make plans for when you have some money! Cheer up as to day is the officially most depressing day of the year - it can only get better. Plus think of all the people who have taken the time to answer tour question - people care!

I am in the same situation where you are & I feel like ****. What I do is i go to the gym and run my heart out. I get myself really tired and then go to sleep. If going to the gym is a mission because of the weather I just fight it. My body would say no but my brain says otherwise so I still end up in there. Better yet, enrol yourself in a boxing class. Either a reall class where you had to hit a bag as part of the routine or one of those Tae-bo classes. Whatever suits you.
Hope you feel better. Goodluck.

Firstly, go and have a nice long hot bath. Then, once you're dry and in your pyjamas, put on your favorite film, make some popcorn, invite some friends round and just chill out. Or watch it by yourself, you're worth it, life IS worth living, things do get better, you're just going through a rough patch. Work on your relationship, get another job to save up to go on holiday and escape from the cold and wet. Then everything will be much better and in turn make you feel better :0)

Walk, run or jog! Whichever is most comfortable. It doesn't sound fun but the hardest thing about it is starting. The mental benefits are guarnteed. After the outing use the mental alertness you come home with to learn something new. Perhaps photography, cold and wet environments make great pics.

Ah come on, life is not that bad! Treat yourself - have hot chocolate or a bubbly drink in the bath, put on music, ring a friend you haven't spoken to for a while, pamper yourself by doing your nails or whatever, dig out a book or magazine to read, watch a funny film or tell your bloke that you want to spice things up and both of you write 5 secret desires on pieces of paper, and then put them in the hat, pull one out and at least think about how you can fulfill it...... and SMILE!

what is the big problem. the weather isn't always going to be sun and shining but you can make it that way. the relationship what is the matter with it? OK here is my question to you are a in a religion if so what kind. i don't want to seem to much into your business. but if you believe in God then just ask him to help you. the answer may not be what you want but just trust in God and he will take care of you he did for me and i was about to make a BIG mess of my life.

Become involved in a really good book that you can't put down - maybe an old classic? Run a hot bubble bath and make yourself all clean and pretty. Polish your nails, shave your legs and do your hair up. When you look good, you feel good.

Either........ have a looooong bath with candles and strawberries and cream (I can't remember if this is a dude or a lady) or go on a road trip, or just do something RANDOM that you've been meaning to do for ages but never found the time. Go out with friends. Raining? then go dance in it....
