not the real football. American football makes that soccer stuff pail in comparison. I mean you have actual action. Not a bunch of soccer pretty boys acting like they stepped on a landmine everytime that get their feet tangled up.

I must admit though, Christiano Ronoldo is sick(needs to become a better team player though). The only reason I watch the EPL is to see him play.

Anyways, Europeans need to adopt the real football.

However, 'soccer' was invented long before the American version. Also, America and Canada are the only countries that call football, football.

You get more action in European football than the american game. American football doesn't flow and you rarely get a play lasting longer than 10 seconds. With soccer you get more variety of play.

No one can rightfully say one or the other is the "real football". There is real AMERICAN FOOTBALL and real ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL. They are both "real" in their own context. They didn't come from each other, they just have the same abbreviated name.

And I disagree, which is MY OWN OPINION, about what you said about soccer. But, I'm not going to challenge you because you have your own opinion and I have mine. But, I will say I would be grateful if you did show some respect for other sports as some of us show respect to yours, and also as this is the football (soccer) category.

As far as comparing both, they are 2 totally different sports. "soccer" is the US appelation of the sport but it is historically named football.
US football is more like a rugby version and they called it Football, go figure why.
Both sports involve totally different sets of play, physical endurance, rules and , well, balls !
I cannot see one US football player run for 90 minutes and dribble and control a ball with his feet. Can you ?
Heck even when US "soccer" players try they can't !

Don't compare those 2 sports. It's like comparing tennis and golf.
