Im a Giants fan and this is the first Ive heard. I doubt it though. WHo would want him? It would be an improvement but nobody is gonna want him. He collapsed this season. He couldn't complete anything throwing in front behind over and under his receivers. The only reason we were good was Tiki and hes gone so Eli and us are screwed. So no trade.

Way to big of a cap hit, and even though they have a new GM he was still with the team when they drafted Eli. They aren't cutting bait this soon.

Would it help? I don't think that they could get someone much better. Who's available? Joey Harrington? Aaron Brooks? Possibly Matt Schaub (if you want to cough up a 1st and 3rd round pick for him)? None of these guys are worth what they Giants lose by ditching Eli. I live in NYC and understand the sentiment, but there's no way he's going anywhere yet.

There is no way they would trade him after his dad made such a big deal about where he played at in the beginning!
