Part 2, would you rather marry someone who is overweight or who has a low IQ. Yes, I asked this quesion before, but here's the change - you can't lose weight. Let's say you can't lose weight, and neither can your partner. Also, someone asked about my IQ - 2 standard deviations above the norm, thank you very much! I'm asking this as a sociolical inquiry.

Well, I am "overweight" (my BMI is 25, only one point above average) but my IQ is 120, and I like myself just the way I am, as for a potential husband if he were to have a similar stature, but be smarter I'd would be OK with that.
Also, by sociolical, do you mean to say sociological because I have never heard of the word sociolical? Maybe my vocabulary just isn't large enough, but I was just curious.

Overweight ofcourse. You didn't say how much overweight right? It could be little. And overweight can also mean in terms of high muscle mass. As long as my "partner" isn't obese or a body builder, I'd rather have her, then a hot but dumb Jessica Simpson clone (no offense). Same goes for me. Looks can only get you so far.. But IQ doesn't..

Personally, I'd rather be overweight and marry a partner who is also overweight.....there's more to life than just being thin.
On the other hand, playing devil's advocate, someone with a lower IQ may actually b happier! Less issues to worry about in life! :P

I would rather be overweight. To answer part 2, I would marry someone who is overweight. They can always lost the weight, but there's no chance of changing your IQ.

I would rather that my partner and I were overweight. This hits to close to home cause my partner and I are overweight.

"Pretty" people dime-a-dozen. Smart people are rare (and some days they seem extinct..).
I'd gain a pound if it raised my IQ 1 point. (Well, assuming I believed in IQ tests as valid indicators of intelligence, but that is another question for another day.)
