1-Flash cards always help-
* take breaks every 10-15 minuets cause if you dont you wont remember anything that you studied
2-relax and think of something(key words) that would help you remember reason and formulas.
3-Draw pictures of events of what caused them not professional pictures stick figures will work and memorize those and then 5 minuets before the test/quiz/exam just chill

First of all - rewrite your class notes the day you take them - reorganize and refresh that memory - why - 50% of what you forget in the next 30 days occurs in the first EIGHT hours
(and what did that squiggly line mean???)

Second - reread your notes just before you go to sleep - not memorize - RE-read - you'll be amazed how much you remember on the test

Third - night before test - get a great night's sleep! breakfast well - your brain needs carbs to function - although your muscles can convert fat to energy - your BRAIN cannot

Fourth - Take B-12 sublingually (under the tongue) - there are two types - go for the Methylcobalamin (not the Cyano---one - cant spell today - where are my notes?)) that helps your brain send its messages thru better

best of luck

Rewrite your study notes, then read them into a tape recorder. Play them back to yourself daily.
