I've been trying to get pregnant for about 4 months now and I have not had a period for 3 months now and all my preg tests show negative. Not stressed at all and have had some symptoms of pregnancy, frequent bathroom visits, sore chest, sick to my stomach. Open to answers on why.

Honey let me know what is going on..I am in the same boat. Come to find out I have PCOS which is a common cause in irregular cycles. Google it see what you find.

Well first off, have you gone to the docs? Are you having any pain down in your uterus area? You could have an ovarian cyst. I have had those plenty of times, and when I do, no period. Have you recently come off of birth control? That can mess things up. I am a no show for my period and keep getting a BFN as well, but I'm only due sometime this month, so not as crazy as yours. I hope that you are able to find out whats wrong. I would go to the docs though. They can always do a blood test and check your HcG and Beta levels. Good luck!

It is possible to have gotten a bad test. You need to go see your doctor, get a complete blood work up to see if there might be an underlying problem. Could be that you want to get pregnant so bad, your body is believing that you are and therefore you are not having a period. Good Luck

If you think that you are pregnant have the doc take blood and see if the rabbit dies. They need to do this twice in 5 days to check HCG (I think that's what they are called)levels. They could also check your progesterone.
If not pregnant, you could be without a period due to lack of body fat. It will also prevent you from becoming pregnant. It happens to athletes all the time.

If your still having negative results you are most likely not pregnant. I would see a Dr something might be wrong...Good Luck.

you should go see a doctor thier might be something else wrong
if the test are negative. if you have regular most important see a doctor not other peoples advice.

if the pregnancy test says you are not pregnant, then your not. go to the doctor... good luck!

u should take a blood test, then u'll know for sure and if not pregnant u'll know what else might be wrong with u
