why are there so many people on answers that have been deprived of a sense of humor since birth?

Are the ones I'm refering to just complete stuffed shirts?

Yeah, it's because some times the kids are born with birth defects. They have these huge heads so the doctor has to remove their sense of humor in order for them to live.
