Personally, I would wait to confront them until I have a bunch of evidence & then when they denied it....I would present the evidence & ask them why. I'd also try to stay calm but knowing me....I might just have difficulty doing that.

If I know for sure it's a lie, I tell them I *KNOW* they are lying, and if they don't want to be honest with me, that relationship is over. As of right then.
