because for decades they've had contol of the mass media much the same way Hitler and gobbels had control of their press. By controling the media, they skewed their message. Fox presents news without the bias, and therefore, as nonbiased, it is anti-liberal.
They hate it reports the news as factsets and not as stories with a specfic tilt that are enginerred for the reader to extract a certain left wing message.
We havent had a free press in years.

Uhh..What we have a problem with is Fox calling that news.
News, supposedly, is simply an objective statement of fact. X happened today, Y happened, Z happened but no commentary by the news staff and reporters. Obviously, news stations will get commentators who are specifically noted as commentators and thus viewers can differentiate between what is news and what is opinion.
At Fox news, all is game, and the more neo conservative the opinion, and the more fun the newscasters can make of those who disagree with their viewpoint, the better. Its NOT news.
If they called it "Fox commentary on current events," or "Opinon Central on Fox" we wouldn't have a problem.
We don't have a problem with freedom of speech, but the fundamental violation of the important purpose objective and unslanted news serves in the Democratic process. They are resorting to pure propoganda techniques, and this manipulation is subverting the Democratic process at a fundamental level.

I'm all for freedom of speech, but the news is supposed to be unbiased and impartial. Fox News clearly is neither and that's why it shouldn't be called news. Other than that, if people want to watch it, fine.

How is hating Fox news denying anyone's freedom of speech? No one that I know is advocating they be taken off the air. Not that I "hate" Fox News -- I just realize they are biased.

Because Libs hate anything that points out their lies. They much prefer the Network News because it's slanted their way. Thank God for fox and an alternative to Liberal slaves like CBS and The New York Times. Your right, anyone who gets all of their news for the TV needs a reality check.

Great question.
The left feels threatened because their hold on mass media is crumbling.
Personally, I enjoy consuming liberal media where ever I can get it. I would hate being surrounded by the same thoughts, same ideas 24/7. I need to strengthen my ideas and arguements and for this I listen to NPR, read the NY Times and I am about as tuned in to the left as anyone. Because of this I can effectively refute their non-sense with well reasoned logic and facts.
You would think the left would embrace Fox News. Finally a place they can get the occasional (50% of the time) conservative thought straight from the source and not from Michael Moore or Keith Olberman.

i assumed it replaced into observed as practise?? in basic terms on the grounds which you do in contrast to or trust something does no longer recommend you could no longer watch it etc. in certainty, in case you probably did no longer watch it then how might you recognize they are spouting BS 24/7? i've got faith that it makes greater experience to no longer turn a blind eye to issues so I see no longer something incorrect with it. the incontrovertible fact that somebody might protest over human beings instructing themselves and attempting to communicate issues as a replace of in basic terms swallowing them is form of annoying and not something to be pleased with IMO.

Fox reports the good and bad. Libs dislike the good when cons are in control of the oval office.

FOX news is nothing more than the propaganda outlet for the right wing conservative movement. And their founders admit as much.
Example: a reporter is covering protests of globalization in a third world country, the anchor asks the reporter what they are protesting and the reporter replies "capitalism". That is blatantly wrong and wholey representative of the truth. That was one of the many reasons i stopped watching foxnews.
Freedom of speak is fine but deliberate twisting of the facts for political purposes is propaganda.

Hate is a pretty strong word there Tex. I think that dislike it because you can get more news from watching the a half hour of CNN than from watching 24 hours of Fox News.
