Sorry hon. Some teachers are just not very nice and won't tolerate anything from anybody. I've met teachers like that and worked with them too.
The best way to get back at them is to smile and apologize for everything even though you did nothing wrong. Soon they get off your back

Sweetie what was going on...did the teacher want EVERYONE to be silent for some reason, was there someone taking a test, was someone else talking, was the teacher trying to teach...it could be many reasons. I'm sure if you think hard enough you'll figure out why.

that sucks. next time dont speak to her at all. Did you disrupt class to say hi to her? if so you deserved it. you could have waited to speak to her at the end of class.
