No wonder it's taking you almost a yr to fall in love with your current girlfriend...you NEVER gave up the OLD one! You shouldn't date exclusively until your OVER ALL the ones before. You are NOT being fair to the one who thinks your all hers. Did you tell this girl whom you might fall in love with that your heart will always belong to your ex? I'm sure she'd be pretty p*ssed. NO diff than if she told YOU that she left HER heart with HER EX...ppl need to just put themselves in the other persons shoes...your answer is there. What should you do? Really, you already know, your wanting a push...in the right direction. How do you decide which direction is the RIGHT direction...humm, go backwards? or go FORWARD...go back to a relationship doomed to end again (it did once, the cycle has already begun), or stay and give the new relationship the chance it needs to florish? However, if your heart truly belongs to the ex and your ex's heart truly belongs to you...then let the new one go and keep the ex. You'll just cheat on everyone else with the ex... She loves you the same? Don't give a partial heart to anyone, that woman deserves a whole one just as she gives hers to you. Let her down easy and go back to the ex. If you were totally into the new girl you wouldn NEVER have taken the call to begin with. It's been almost a year? Do that girl a favor and give her to a man who loves HER and is willing to give up ALL his exgirlfriends just to be with her. NO partial hearts...and why would you wish to be with anyone else when the one you claim owns your heart wants you back?

someone you share so much with will remain in your heart no matter what. i think old feelings maybe trying to come back because of the calls from her. let her know that youre having feelings for the new girl, and you dont wanna disrespect the relationship by carrying on with her. hopefully she'll undestand and let you move on. good luck

You sound so confused. If you have her heart and she has yours, why aren't you together? What you're doing is not fair to the girl you're with now. You need to figure out what you really want and act on it. You're not doing right by anyone right now.

stop talking to your ex and concentrate on your present romance; if you can't pay attention to your current flame you need to let her go.
