Eat healthier foods, get adequate sleep each night, do things that make you feel less stressed. Also, if you have the time/money, I heard one of the best things to overcome fatigue is getting a massage.

How long has this been happening? You should ask your doctor to test you for glandular fever - people often assume that the initial snptoms are those of a bad flu - sore throat, vomiting, headaches - but you also get very fatigued for 4 months to a year or even more, occassionaly chronic fatigue that can last a lifetime. Also, could ypu be depressed? You may also be anaemic, your doctor can test for that to - try to eat enough red meat and dark green vegetables to increase your iron intake. Also make sure you are eating enough throughout the day - you can also by glucose or dextrose powder in health shops which will give your body a readily available energy source.

Personally, I like feeling fatigued!! You keep slipping in and out, your not worried about much (except going to bed) and stupid jokes are really funny!! overcome fatigue either by sleeping, or taking ice.

there are many herbal meds you can buy out, check with GNC, but if that don't work then i would consult a doctor....good luck, i've had to deal with these issues myself, probably the best thing i found to take is B-12 vitamins and l-tyrosine both help alot....good luck
