things are improving and will continue to do so. I would hope that in 20 years we will not even need to talk about this.

As the population ages, like anything else, we move on to more important things. However its true, the more things change, the more they stay the same.

I was better educated, informed and tolerant than my parents, my daughters are better educated, informed and tolerant than I am. Things are better now than they were when I was in my 20's (except for HIV of course), and things are a whole lot better than they were in the 30's.

I hope to see this country move back to the direction our founding mothers and fathers were doing and that is the separation of church and state so that the government really addresses the issues of ALL its citizens.

i'm sure it will be looked at different. I come from a conservative background, and have become liberal as my school/ environment has opened me. Its sort of inevitable in my mind. I don't like homosexuality- but i have an openness to it. Its not my place to get in peoples lives, but i have my own opinion. I think this sort of attitude will become more common, until the next generation of children are raised with it being more common- and so on.

Every time a person against equal status for gays dies, two people who believe in equality turn 18. If all the young folks voted, it wouldn't take long to have equality. Even given the voting trend we are winning. I'm not gay, but my stepson is and I've been a member of Pflag for a few years. Even in Oklahoma the change has been noticeable. There will always be hate, but soon they will be the minority. I know that transgendered people wish they were where gays are now.

Next up, nudist rights. The right to bare . . everything.:)

Within the next 20 years, governments will finally stop their blatent discrimination based on gender and sexual orientation, and non-LGBT people will not see the world crash down around them. This will lead to more understanding on both sides.

The first step will be when governments realize that religion has no say in marriage rights that are given by and administered by the STATE.

Gay marriage will be legal and encouraged due to overpopulation. Straight people will be given tax incentives to have only one child.
Gay and straight people will truly live in peace and equality.
Biggots will be jailed and then sent to Texas, which by then will be another country run by the children of the Bush family...we will not have diplomatic ties to Texas.

As the Dinosaurs of the past (read religious zealots) die off, the more evolved among us will usher in a new era of tolerance and hope.

I think it's wrong. but the world won't see it that way. They already accept it now as "natural, & inner beauty." yea right. we were made as humans to love the OPPOSITE sex. You had those feelings installed in your blood. But in the direction our world is ehading, it won't make a difference in 20 years. They'll be all over the place & pple. who see it as weird will be the bad guys (they already are right now....watch how many "thumbs down" i get)

It will be considered a genetic disorder.

Edit: Tough that you don't like the answer. You didn't ask how I would see it or what I thought of it. You asked how I thought it would be seen.

20 years from now is 2027. 2016 and 2023 are important years which influence the world view of homosexuality. By 2027 the point becomes somewhat moot.
