Why is my car alarm suddenly hyper-sensitive?

I had a new airbag sensor installed in my car and now suddenly my car alarm goes off all the time. It will go off even if it is just a truck driving by. What should I do to fix it?

The sensor may have come loose from its mounting point while you were getting the work done on it. If this is the case, take it back to whoever installed it and ask them to help you.

You should also try adjusting the sensitivity...consult your owner's manual.

Take back and have reset.
