Has a Super Bowl played outdoors ever had weather that wasn't nice?

Obviously, when it comes to Super Bowls in domes, the weather's not an issue, but I wonder if any Super Bowl in Florida or California has ever had rain. Anybody know?

As I recall, they had rain at Stanford Stadium when the 49ers played the Dolphins in XIX.

Other than that, can't think of any other weather issues.
