I tried sending it using my email address. it came back and it said 'sending failed.' Do i need to subscribe to something? my provider is cingular

You have to have multimedia messaging. If you don't it wont work. I have cingular as well.

I had the same issue with my phone through Cingular. Like the other response, click , .

Also check that you have enough memory or space to send. If you have a lot of pictures saved on your phone, it will fail.

I also had to call Cingular customer service - nightmare! - but they finally got it to work after they told me that the tower I was connected to was an old AT&T Wireless tower and wasn't yet supporting the new Cingular Wireless.

The email option should be on there when it ask where to send it. I know it has with all the phones I have had.
