I know nothing about graphic design programs. I'm familiar with MSPaint and thats about it. Which one of these is better??

Adobe Illustrator, they do the same work but with AI interface you can easily use Photoshop and other Adobe's huge number of good products which also includes Dreamweaver

I've been using graphics software for years. Illustrator is great. It opens all kinds of files and you can do excellent work with it. I wrote a book on Illustrator, so I think I know what i'm talking about.

However, if you are just starting out, coming from Paint, you really should look at getting Xara Xtreme. It's fun, lightweight, faster than illustrator, and quite more intuitive. It's easier, and in many ways, more logical than illustrator.

Hands down Adobe Illustrator. No question about it.

Im a big fan of CDraw and I should say it's simple to use compared to Adobe. People think it's not sophisticated enough but you'll only be suprised when you see what it can do
