theres many ways
try holding down alt and pressing 0209 on your keypad (with numlock on) for capital(Ñ) and 0241 for lowercase(ñ)
you might also need to type letters with an accentuation(sp?) mark
heres a bunch of codes u can use for those

If you are using a Microsoft product as an editor, you can insert a special character and go through the many list of Greek, roman, or Latin characters until you find the n with the tilde, or Pi, Rho, smiley face.... hear, club, spade, etc... whatever the font set has, you have access to.

In certain word processing programs, foreign letters are available. Tomorrow in spanish is manana with the ~ over the first n.

There's a thing in some programs under 'special characters'. If you can't find it, just take a pen and scribble it over the letters that need it after you print it out. :D

This is interesting. I've wondered this for awhile but have never really taken the time to try to figure out how to do it. (I know you can though.)
