workout music is best done by creating music that has higher bpm or beats per minute and genres like trance are very good because the bpms are usually @120-140 and alot of it is vey melodic and ethereal so it seems familiar if you would like some specific songs send me an email good artists to begin with are Armin Van Buuren or Tiesto

Well, it depends.. what type of music you are into?!?! personally for me.... a mix of Salsa, dance and reggaeton music gets me going... I got a friend of mine to download a bunch of music onto a CD as well as a mp3 player.
