worthless dictator. He masks the fact that his government spent millions on weapons by claiming he saves the poor. While admittedly he does a lot for the poor, there is something scary about a man who makes 70% of Venezuella's imports weapons.

-2000 Presidential Election= 47.9% of the votes
-Avoided military service, rose through the ranks without working for it
-Admitted to being an alcoholic but not having used illegal drugs since 1973(!)
-Has accused several sovereign nations of being the Axis of Evil, accused Saddam Hussein having WMDs, and invaded under that pretense
-Has campaigned on redistributing wealth to the wealthy

The fact that he has the western world ears and eyes on him, doesn't make him a great leader but makes him a dangerous commodity. Once you see him aligning himself up with Iran as Iran is courting South America, that will make a very scary triangle of America haters it will be interesting to watch.

I'm not familiar with the remark or who it was directed to. I know his feelings toward bush, and the sulfur remark. I seriously have a problem finding fault with his sharing oil profits with his people. In 2002 when some covert group snatched him. So much of a ruckus was raised by his people that just as fast as he was taken he then was returned, to keep riots from breaking out..When he does some thing grievous to me I will let you know.

I think he is the leader of a country that has plenty oil that Bush wants his friends to profit from.
