Gears of War is at the top. You can still play Halo 2 on Xbox 360. Also there is Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Las Vegas.

Gears of War is pretty good, but I have to admit it gets pretty old very quickly playing it online. I would have to agree that Saint's Row is pretty fun. The online multiplayer kinda sucks, but I think that's more the players than the game.
