I don't mean to offend anyone, but i'm reading a very big book at the moment (about 9/11) which said that the official list from the CIA of people who bombed the planes were wrong and the 9/11 commision knew that but still don't know who it was that bombed the planes?
So, back to my question, what was there to say INCONTROVERTIBLY that it was him *(Osama bin Laden) that carried out the attacks?

Serious answers please...

last week i watched a dvd called " 911 the cover up" and believe you me it was an eye opener. it produced documents, statements photos and filmings of the aircraft which attacked the pentegon and it was proved that it was an usa airforce plane which was the culprit.
on the world trade centre it also showed in slow motion the crash and the building collapsing as it did. in the slow motion you can see the actual building falling as though it was a controlled demolision programme.afterwards their was interviews by expert scientists and demolision experts and ex military. the usa government gave a list of the alleged terrorists who died on the planes etc and the film showed interviews with eight people on the list who are still alive and on 911 evidence showing that they were thousands of miles away in other countries, some of them had been a visitor of the usa months previously and whilst visiting government buildings as visitor/tourists had their passport stolen or lost, the "911 cover up" really opened my eyes as up until i saw it i was of the same thinking about bin laden etc.in the film it shows the usa government showing the clip of film of bin laden admitting the atrocity but on close up of the snap it shows it was a not bin laden and it couldnt have been him,it showed a wedding ring on his left hand, and it tells you that he is left handed, where as most muslims use their left hand for other things etc.there was far too much proof that everything was a cover up and a conspiracy against the muslims of the world.to me it is a case of bush wanting to finish the job that his father started and needed an excuse etc. by the way i am not a mulim i am of white, british and proud.

The evidence is correct, it"s got to be correct cause Dubya keeps saying it"s correct.
Why does he say this? - because there is video evidence where Osama Bin Laden admits to it.
There is a problem here however, it depends on which of the videos you watch.
There are 4 doing the rounds, each one depicts a different person "playing" Osama.
The differences are truly striking, not only physical but one is wearing jewelry, another is writing with his right hand, Osama is left handed.
Still as long as Dubya keeps saying Osama was to blame and unthinking people are prepared to believe him, then everything is ok?
Many of my sceptical friends have opened their eyes after watching "Loose Change 2" and "9/11 Mysteries"
Google them, watch them and see what you think.

That the terrorists had connections to him. That he said he did it. And there doesn't seem to be a convincingly powerful alternative other than him. I'm not saying you're wrong but I would check the credentials of the author of this book before taking their word as fact. If they are the sort of 'radical' person who believes that the CIA really stands for Cult of Indigenous Amarillos, or that a Bush is actually a papier mache puppet controlled by a secret cabal of freemasons, I would be wary ...

There is no convincing evidence to suggest Bin laden was connected to the events of 9/11

Bin Laden, sponsored the attack and was fully aware of the impending attack, now in my eye's that make him the prime suspect. He was not willing to die for his cause, but was happy to send these brain washed idiots to their death in the name a Allah. He was know to have been behind the previous attack on the WTC and also the killing and bombing of American embassy's throughout the world.
Lets face America is not without guilt, they sponsored them in Afghanistan, when the Russian's were there, also they are responsible for sponsoring covert operation in other parts of the world, So they saying " you reap what you sow" has some meaning in this case !

Apparently there was an attempt some years before to try and blow up the world trade centre.where there was an explosion on the ground floor, he was said to be involved. people should be able to discuss what is happening so dont be offended in anyway, i just want to know why all over a sudden the blame went straight onto sadam. strange i think why aint they still looking for the guy who was supposedley to blame for it.

He's a radical Islamic terrorist.

That's all the evidence the American government and Tory Blair need to go and spend all the country's soldiers, money and time at war. Money that could be spent on our schools, hospitals or roads etc.....

i doesn't be that shocked in the experience that they did not truly care about looking him. u . s . of america time-honored the Iraq conflict because 80% of the morons believed that Iraq had something to do mutually with his 9/11, so truly, the american authorities must be grateful that he gave them the type of excellent excuse to bypass into Iraq and scouse borrow all that dazzling oil.

By the way, you might want to lay off the Michael Moore films and conspiracy theory whack jobs.
