You should NOT be allowed to keep what you stole. But the illegals ar looking for a better life and it's nto the same situation. we are talking about people, not objects. youa re trying to objectify them by takign the humna factor out fot he equation and you simply cannot do that. America is trying to evolve into a better country by voting and democracy. It is veiwed as a coutnry that cares about its citezens. who WOULDNT want to be a part of that. in many ways it IS a better country. It's not to say that it's perfect. there is no best coutnry but its percieved to have the best working governet and that is what the illegals are lookign for. They want the same rights and freedoms that we have. IF the home coutnries fo ilegals had the same things that we had they wouldnt be tryign tog et in so it soudns liekt hose other couhtnries might have a little work to do. maybe somebody ought to be listening to the dropping population? and maybe our SURGING population? there's a reason peopel keep trying to sneak in. we keep lettign them in because our focus is people centered. we care about people but we dont want to get blown up. why erlse woudl th eunited nations be on our soil?

No, you should NOT be 'allowed to keep what you stole' ... although the person you stole it from may 'choose' to 'give it' to you if you really 'need it.' And that is what 'granting citizenship to illegals' is about ... giving something they 'stole' to them simply because they 'need it' ... and that's why I love living in the U.S. and not in most other countries.

If you stole food from me, I'll let you keep it. I don't want it back because 1st, you've already touched it, 2nd you are obviously hungry. I don't have the heart to take food away from somebody. If you stole valuable things from me like photoalbums, gifts from other people, things that means alot to me, then I wouldn't let you keep them.

No. It would be more accurate to say it is like legalizing your ongoing life of crime for the future, since they don't intend to stop taking benefits like education etc. after legalization, do they?

well i suppose it depends what your definition of 'steal' is, and why the illegals are there. if someone was always shooting at me and raping and pillaging my village, i'd probably take my chances too.

No you should not be able to keep it. You should have to pay for it though. Thou shalt not steal.
