See if your town or county has a 'Landlord /Tenant' group, and report your harassment to them. They will tell you what your LEGAL rights are. If you don't have a 'local' agency like this, then call one in the 'largest' city near you, because they may know a place you can call that 'covers' where you live.

How is your landlord harrassing you? If he's demanding sexual favors in return for lower rent or apartment maintenance, you may be able to have him cited by the city. Many cities have departments that oversee rental properties and landlords' activities. Check with your city hall first. Depending on the nature of the harassment, you may be able to press criminal charges against him. Discuss that with your local police department. There may be social service agencies or attorneys who work for free as a community service for low income people. Start looking in your yellow pages. Check with Project Now, county legal aid societies, etc. Finally, you may be able to sue your landlord for civil damages. You would need to discuss that with an attorney. Many attorney's don't charge for the initial visit to discuss your case.

get everything in writing. call the BBB and file a complain. there are laws, so if its really bad, seek the advise of an attorney or look up landlord laws for your state.
