My new 8GB iPod froze. I can't get it unfrozen. I've only had it about two days. I've tried connecting it to my computer but it doesn't do anything.

That happened to me! The easiest thing to do is to hold down both the menu button and the center button at the same time. This resets your iPod. All of your music stays on it... the only problem is the settings reset (ie. screenlock code doesn't work, backlight settings return to normal, etc).

If you don't wanna do that, or it doesn't work, just let the power go completely out, and then recharge it. That seems to work well too, but I recommend the first option.

Try resetting it: hold down the menu and center button until the Apple logo appears; repeat if necessary.

The best thing that you can do is that you can reupdate your ipod. Once you do that all the songs from your ipod will get deleted.
