My friend is on AOL & keeps losing her connection. she then reconnects & it happens again & again. more so during the evening. it also reconnects itself at times. shes not on wireless . Any ideas ?????????

You are gonna hear this a lot, dump AOL , they are resting on their laurels. Personally i find NTL very good, i have the 10MB service and have not had one problem!

The main reason it is happening is because AOL sucks.
If you don't have the most current version of AOL, get it. That often fixes the problem.
