No. God does not cry. Everything done is because he wants it so, why would he cry over something he wanted to happen.

or because ice caps melted, excessive rain or many other weather related anomalies.

do you really believe that god appered in physical form just to cry and flood the planet??? if god cant appear in physical form for any reason then why do so for a flood of tears when a simple flood could be created?? i dont know, but there is no logic to it at all.

There is absolutely no evidence that a global flood occurred on Earth. There is simply not enough water on Earth to validate such a claim. There IS evidence of a 'snowball' Earth, though.

The idea is nonsense. To suppose that it is true would require at least some evidence that god exists, and there is no such evidence. In particular, we know from half a dozen independent sources that the biblical flood is fiction.
