What is the best time to eat at Kobe Steakhouse? We always have to wit over 3 hours to eat there.?

Try Ruths Chris or III Forks. I have always had great steaks there. They say LaHacienda Ranch has a good steak too...but I don't know.

Find out when they open and be there first thing. The food is fresher too and the staff is friendlier
