With a question like that, I suggest you jump INSIDE the parcel, b4 getting someone else to wrap it !!

No - aslong as the address is clear, you don't have to wrap it. Most people would atleast put something on it - wrap it in a bin bag and then label up just to give it a little protection from the elements.

No, you can take it to UPS instead of united states postal service and they will wrap it for you and put the address on it and ship it. It will cost you according to size and weight. UPS is those brown trucks.

Yes- especially if you're sending water that isn't in a container, or an empty package with no packaging,otherwise the Postal service will lose it.

Not necessarily if it is in a tightly sealed package. Just make sure it has proper address and zip code. Take it to the post office if you have further questions. The clerk there will help you.

No it comes already wrapped, you just have to address it and put some stamps on it.( as it is you, I had better clarify that) You have to put the correct value of un-used stamps on it.!
