well, since no one gave you a good answer, ill sum it up for you.
it starts out, adrian is dead, and rocky goes back to all their old "places" together, like the pet store and whatnot.
he owns a restaurant called adrians, and there, he meets the manager of the "new" heavyweight champion, and says that it would be a good fight, rocky accepts, then he trains with paulie and then whenever they fight, rocky loses, but he gets the last fight "out of his system" and lasted all 10 rounds. thats about it.

you find out adrianne dies, then rocky wants to step into the ring at his old age, and finally loses the fight but respected. that pretty much sums up the movie in the last installment of the series.

I am not going to tell you how it ends.....but I will tell you that you should foe sure go and see it. It was a great movie and had an awesome message. It made me cry!
