It seems that every time I turn around, theres another Bengal arrested. Today Johnathan Joseph, a cornerback for the Bengals, was arrested for marijuana possesion. What's in the water in Cincinnati?

Marvin Lewis doesn't care about character when he drafts players, he just wants the best that's available. So that means in a lot of instances in the draft, a player will slip due to character issues and he will take them irregardless of what the issue is.
