Yes when i was in college and the firemen had to get us out through the hatch in the top and we had to crawl over the rafters to get out i have been claustraphobic and scared of hights ever since,ops just read your question properly and realised what you ment done that to.

No but I've been stucked in the store room of a bar I used to work in for 32 hours! I was in there getting up to no good and the manager locked the door at closing time. We didn't get out until monday morning when the manager returned to work. Yes I did loose my job!!

Yes, at an airport. We tried not to panic, went over to the emergency phone box and realised someone had ripped the phone out. Not a good moment. It wasn't that bad though - although i was only in it for a 10 minutes or so. 10 hours and it would have been a different story!

Yes. I was at work. Luckily coming back from break and got stuck in it for 4 hours. Got paid overtime as well!!! Spent the time on my mobile texting and talking to pals! Ha ha.
Would have been really miffed if it was when I'd finished and was on my way home! That'd be a bummer!!!

Once.
It was on a construction site, I was still pissed efter an all nighter and really needed a power nap so I put out of order signs on the buttons on evry floor on the way down, took out the keys and slept for nearly 2 hours while the installers came back to fix it.
It cost me a box of beer to keep them quiet.

At the science museum in Minnesotta on a field trip me and my friend snuck out of the group and when in the elevator to go to the first floor to the gift shop. On the way down the elavator broke and we had to call the front desk to get us out. Our teacher was soooooo mad.

No ,and I dont intend to be either!!I never go in them for that reason,I always use the stairs.Even if it means walking up ten flights of them!
