Ok, theres 2 main problems (really emabarrasing so please be nice) and both to do with my penis..
When I go to the toilet my penis goes into a ball and hurts if i dont apply pressure, also the 2 holes dont line up at the end of my penis...
Second, when I ejaculate I never shoot... it all seems to end up coming out slowly and I think it has something to do with the problem I first stated. It is very embarrasing and puts me off doing anything with girls at the moment and most girls are starting to think I am frigid.

You could have some sort of infection. See a doctor.

First, you need to pull back the foreskin a bit so your penis hole can be fully exposed, otherwise you will dribble all over the place. Nothing wrong with touching or pulling back your foreskin. Not sure what you mean by the going into a ball part, if the penis is retracting too much into the groin, pull it out.
Not everyone ejaculates like a rifle. Work on retracting your foreskin past the head, so that it exposes it fully.
Don't think you have any medical problems, you just need to be more confident and handle your tool more agressively, it won't bite.

You are a brave man saying you have a problem. Alot of men would just keep going until there is a really bad problem that cannot be cured.
Best advice is go to your doctor. All Doctors visits are private and confidential. At least you know what to do and be able to fix your problem. Your confidence with the girls will be great.
Just don't wait until there is a really bad problem and nothing can be done for you. Go today if you can and don't worry about being embarrased. You will be fine.
You don't need to tell anyone about your Dr's visit.
I do hope it works out well for you.
Good luck...

A very sick mama dog is an extremely stressful situation. And I understand your anger at some of the answers that you received. It is normal for you to want to vent back to these folks some of your anger and frustration. So, try to remain calm and keep your focus on your dog & pups. Don't let this cloud your true goal - a healthy dog. And yes, I would love to know this outcome. Kudos to you for your quick action in caring for 7 pups! It isn't easy! I wish that more people would realize that there are situations that stump even the best of vets. While the calicum issue is the most common with these symptoms, it is not the only cause. And your dedication to this dog and her pups is very, very admirable. So, you know that you are responding to this crisis in the best manner possible. You are doing all you can do in an extremely difficult situation. Let God sort out the rest. Peace

Perhaps a photo would help, not that I want to see it, but, I'm having a real difficult time with the "two holes at the end of your penis"?

If this concerns you as much, and it is causing you to have some behavior modification with relationships, please consult a urologist. An expert opinion/diagnosis will be of more help to you than simply wondering about it all the time.
