i have a hp nx6320 laptop. i need to know about it.

No, even if the pins are the same, you must check the documentation for your laptop. Even when the pins are the same, processor upgrades will often not work because the computer's motherboard was not designed to handle the higher speed.

yes, you can. but youll you need a new motherboard, at least twice more memory, and a bigger hard drive.
