His real name is Ned, but his mother is Mexican and his Father is from Honduras (where Ned aka Carlos was born). At least, that's what Wikipedia says.

Never seen the show so I can't comment on how unfunny it is.

Even though the show is named after him (well...apparently not) and it is perceived that it is about him - it is still just a TV show, and the person you see on TV is a character....Like Steven Colbert - he is playing a character that shares the same name as him, what you are seeing isn't necessarily the real him.

But even if he was a "Beaner", his show would still be kind of lame - you can only make a mockery of "yourself" and "your culture" for so long before it gets really old...

No, his overly repetitive jokes are already boring. Being a comedian who makes jokes about race is only funny for so long.

No, it doesn't because he already hit rock bottom. You could tell me that he is actually George W in real life and he couldn't get any lower.
