I believe you are talking about those things that the people held against Socrates, other than the formal charges brought against him at his trial. It seems that, basically, he annoyed people. He even called himself the gadfly that annoyed the giant horse that was Athens, keeping it from falling asleep. So, one, he annoyed people. Two, many of the youth followed him around, and watched his method. They would then try to use this for themselves, try to show their parents that they were indeed not wise, as Socrates was trying to show the supposedly-learned people of Athens. So, secondly, the young people who followed him annoyed their parents and others. Especially because they were the children of the upper class, who had the resources and influence, this became another big problem. There had also, in Socrates life-time, been an oligarchy which had taken control in Athens, a group of men who set themselves up with supreme power over the city. One of those men had been a pupil of Socrates'. He was, therefore, associated with the bad guys who had taken over town, and then were later overthrown.

So, those are a few things that people held against him. He was annoying them, the young men who followed him annoyed them, and he had been associated with people who had previously overthrown the city government.
