There are several different sites that "post" resumes and jobs, careerbuilder.com, monster.com, even hotjobs.com(yahoo) and none are free or inexpensive but they all give you access to several thousand resumes to peruse and possibly find a candidate for your business.

Some of the best places to find candidates are at your local colleges and job fairs. Most colleges hold at least one job fair in the spring for graduating students and also have a career center that will send "appropriate" students to you.

hope this helps and good luck

If you are looking for a job in your same industry the chances you might get caught by your current employer are high. They add key industry words into the search to find resumes with those key words. Depending on your boss you may or may not get fired. Another idea is to submit your resume to specific companies databases instead of a mass database like monster. In response to the other answer. If its government they cant but if its private sector they can fire you for anything or nothing. Its called the right to hire or fire. I know of a company who would hire workers and fire them before they became eligible for insurance coverage literally with no warning. Good Luck

My firm was able to get several good paralegal and legal assistant resumes to choose from. I pulled up a resume from the "resume section" for a paralegal. He's now my coworker.
