I am looking for an "All-In-One" printer. It can be any brand at any price. Although, it needs to have these specifications:

1. Inkjet
2. Color Printer
3. Color Copier
4. Color Scanner
5. Fax (Color and/or black & white)
6. Networking Capabilities (Wired and/or wireless)

Any suggestions?

It also doesn't have to be photo quality. I can be, but it isn't a need.

All manufacturers have nice products. Depending on the features you are looking for, there are a number that you can choose. Personally I like the HP models. Two that come to mind are the:
C6180 this has all that you need and then some. It has a document feeder which is nice if yo have multiple pages to fax/scan. It also has the HP 5 color and 1 black individual cartridges. These also offer superior ink management capabilities. Other companies are not as frugal with their ink when counting in the regeneration that all inkjets utilize. This also leans toward a business application with wireless capabilities included. It also has a screen and card slots for printing photos without turning on the computer.
C7180 is similar to the unit above but does not have the document feeder. So you will need to lay documents on the scanner bed individually when copying and faxing. What it does have is the negative/slide holder which means you can scan negatives and slides for archival and printing. This unit has a larger screen for viewing.
If the slide/negative feature is not important. I would go with the C6180 since it is less expensive. Both units use the same engine for ink management. You will really enjoy these units.

These will also blow you away with the photo printing capabilities that these units have.

I have the Canon Pixma MP780. It has all those features (maybe except networking, but I share it across our household wireless network).

I like it for low ink cartridge cost.

I don't know if it is still a current model. But the functionality of this printer is great, and that is in all modes.

I paid like $200 for it, one of the best computer related purchases I've ever made.

The current model seems to be the Pixma 830.
