What can I take on a flight to make me go to sleep and/or feel high as a kite and happy!! Medication from the doctors obviously not illegal drugs!!

Over the counter chemist try Phenergan it is brilliant.......
I take it everytime I fly and it knocks me out with no groggy after affects...........
Its for travel sickness or a mild sedative

Ambien is a sleeping medication, and works right away. Happy Flying!

If you're looking for something from the doctor you should talk to him first. without knowing your medical history it's inappropriate to offer advice on medication. the Dr. will prescribe what's right for you.

bring a nintendo ds or psp. they allow that sort of thing on a plane. you could also bring earplugs so you cant hear the engines when you want to sleep.

diazepam, i got those off my doc, i was really chilled and happy and relaxed
