depends how old you are. if youre a teen than u can wear ur skirts the knee area and the thigh area (except not too short) and if you're an adult you should stick to the knee area.

The shortest I've ever worn a skirt is about an Inch above my knee! Keep it Classy, not Trashy!!

It depends on where I am going. For work, Just above the knee to all the way to my ankle, for clubbing, I wear mini skirts. :)

Yes a couple of inches above my knee. I put my arms down by my side and where my fingertip are is as short as I wear them....
