Of course yogurt is okay to eat during pregnancy. Yogurt is full of calcium (since it's made out of milk), which will be good for the baby.

Yes, it's good for you. Keep in mind too much of ANYTHING can be bad though. So don't over do it and eat like a container a day and you'll be fine lol.

Yes! In fact, it can help protect against yeast infections that become more likely during pregnancy if you get the kind with active cultures! (it says if it has active cultures on the container)

Yogurt is absolutely okay to eat. It contains calcium and for a few people (especially me) it is the only way I get calcium other than fruit juices. Any concerns you should ask your doctor.
