I am attending a military ball and want to know what I can add to my little black dress to make it formal?

Just add a nice diamond necklace, gold or silver will match. Also, a cute shawl will go really nicely, and for the shoes, just pop on some black heels. Plus, don't forget some cute earings that match the necklace. Not pearl, because it's a little to old ladyish, The diamonds will accent the dress nicely. As for your hair A nice twirled bun with little strands hanging here and there. Good Luck!!!

Black stockings and nice 4" black heels. Maybe depending on the top of your little black dress add a strand of pearls.

you can make your dress look hella sexy by adding some color to the mix like a bold red, a shimmery silver, or some brassy gold shoes, with a matching clutch and some jewelry...you can add chunky jewelry such as a complimentary necklace and some bangles...or you can tie a beautiful scarf or ribbon around your hair and match up like that....have fun!

Add some colorful or glittery jewelry and a cute clutch or handbag. Also, some cute heels..peep toes, maybe? Do your hair and makeup and hit the ball!

Yep, I was going to say a pearl necklace and earrings(just don't overdo them). And a nice little evening purse. And don't forget shoes can make a difference as well.

Wear sparkly shoes, or maybe add a ribbon or a brooch. Like one of those pin on diamondy things? lol.. Also, you can wear a sparkly tiara. good luck :)
