Your own culture that says once poor always poor. This only encourages the poverty and stifles the dreams of the poor to try to do better. The caste system must go so does the inequality your courts show in dealing with women's issues in short it's time to move your culture into the 21st century and dispose of the middle ages mentality that is ruining that whole section of the world.
