Plug the psp into your PC using a usb cable. Then On your pc open MY Computer. Go to the psp drive (F: or whatever your computer calls it) Open psp file then open Music. Copy the music from your pc and paste them into this file. Music supported are MP3 or .wma (.wma only can be used if you have received an update and activated it on line from sony. When it opens up the autoplay, go into the PSP folder, and then MUSIC, copy all of your files into this folder, once you're done, disconnect your USB cable and PSP from your computer, then deactive the USB setting on your PSP, from here, go into the MUSIC option on your PSP.
Note: some music files have a tendancy to corrupt on larger PSP chips.

Well it depends so I'll just give you the whole thing:
First you need to put memory stick duo in the psp then format it
then plug it into the PC which is easy and then drag and drop
BUT!!!!!!!!
Check what format the songs are they usually play AAC. and
Mp3 but they wont play WMA that is Windows Media Player
converted tracks. So only use Mp3, download a converter such
as DB power amp or download MP3 tracks off limwire

first you have to go into the options on the psp and you format the memory stick then the next time you hook it up to your computer with the usb cord and find it in my computer it will have the music folders set up then all you have to do is drag the music into the folder
