I sometimes get those messages, but it obviously is active otherwise you wouldn't have been able to ask this question. If it happens again, try either refreshing the page or, if that doesn't work, click on one of the links (e.g. My Q & A).

Well, obviously it is active because you're using it now. Sometimes Yahoo responses get screwed up. Machines will do that, and so will humans at times....
Bottom line is, you're back in action now, so go ahead and enjoy it.
