I helped out at the middle school today and did a whole presentation for GSA on bullying. Noone else showed up, and i feel AMAZING after presenting. Would you?

You should feel great!!!! Think of all the children you have helped! Think of the children who won't get picked on and being crying themselves to sleep at night. I wish someone would have done the same for my childs school.

That's great! It must be harder if your reward could not be felt but was only because you knew it was right and good.
Maybe we get the reward when we stay on track but if we do not continue to make progress we have to get back in track without the good feelings, and maybe get lost along the way.
