Setting up a VPN (virtual private network)?

Ok..i need to set up a virtual private network but everytime i try and do this i cannot connect, also i am behind a router so its not giveing me my ip address its giveing me 192.168.0.100.
i just want a simple and esy and fast way to set up a VPN or instruction on how to do this behind a routerXD thanks

It's hard to give you a simple answer because every device does it a little differently.
