For me it does when I yawn, but I would think it varies for everyone. I would also think it depends how far you are.

I am going to assume that you are meaning to yawn- but yes, any time you get a whole body yawn in- all muscles in your body react, thus the strecthing feeling comes about.
it feels really good to do it too!!
