Where are they going to get enough food to eat for all those years? and what about air running out, which we all know it does, eventually, even in watertight areas. You have a lot to overcome if you want to get people to suspend their disbelief and really get into a film like this.

It seems to me the title should go along with what you are trying to say in the film. How many years later, for instance? Is it enough that returning to life would be something of a time travel experience for them? Are you thinking of a sort of 'Lord of the Flies' under water? Did the ship wreck up against some sort of cave so that they have access to more space and some sort of permanent air source? What happens to the people who die?
Are new people being born?

What is the purpose of your story? What is it you want to convey either thematically or philosophically? Without thinking all that through, I don't think it's possible for any of us to come up with a good title except by chance. Maybe there's the title for you, "The Long Shot".
